We work with some of the best European fabric manufacturers in the vehicle industry and with two of the largest vehicle foam manufacturers in Europe. An advantage of all Piton and Bertold seat covers and seat cushions is that the fabrics, used in manufacturing, are lined with foam through flame lamination, which is a fabric gluing method that doesn‘t require glue itself. We don’t laminate with glue, unlike manufacturers of low-quality seat covers. Glue wears off and comes off. All our seat covers are made with the flame lamination method. This hardens and tightens the fabric. The product becomes more durable and aesthetic. The foam, used for flame lamination, is stronger and less flammable in comparison to regular foam.
